Campers

• Tuition is $795
• You can receive a $50 discount for paying tuition in full by March 31
• You can receive a $50 discount for siblings attending the same week.  Discount applies to every sibling starting with the second.
• You can receive a $50 discount for booking multiple consecutive weeks.  Discount applies to every week starting with the second.
• Discounts stack with each other and will be applied to your Tuition Balance.  You will receive a coupon code to use on our website from the Camp Director once your eligibility is verified.
• Apply by turning in the Camper Application (downloadable below).  You can submit it electronically to applications@sherwoodforestsummercamp.com or you can mail it via USPS to the address below.  Your deposit of $150 must be paid on our ticketing website or sent in with your application form.  Please note that the deposit is included in the Tuition, not in addition to it.
• If your Camper is accepted, you may pay the Tuition Balance via our ticketing website or by sending in a check.  The Tuition Balance for Early Birds paying on or before March 31 will be $595 and anyone paying after this date will pay $645.
• If your Camper is not accepted, we will refund your deposit of $150.  This is the only situation where a deposit may be refunded.  No refunds for cancellations.
• The Packing List is a comprehensive list of items your Camper will need to enjoy their stay to the fullest.
• The Camper Rights form should be completed by your Camper, who must turn it in upon arrival.

Please include a letter of reference from a previous employer with your application.  The letter and application may be mailed to the address above, scanned & emailed to applications@sherwoodforestsummercamp.com, or faxed to 512 900 7939.
