Friends of Faire

Package includes:

• Admission all 17 days and camping all 8 weekends of the season
• 2027 dates are: Weekends, March 6 – April 24 & Friday, March 19, 2027
• A complimentary souvenir not available to the public
• Special discounts from many of our merchants
• Invitations to exclusive after-hours events within the faireground that are otherwise only available to our worker community.
• A PVC ID badge customized with your name and photo
• Photos must be submitted during the purchase process or emailed to idbadges@sherwoodforestfaire.com within 24 hours of purchase. See photo guidelines below. 
• Permission to leave your campsite intact for the entire season
• You can set up your campsite on FoF Move-in Weekend (Feb 6-8, 2026) if you have purchased your FoF by Jan 31, 2026, or any weekend during faire season.
• Move-out is the two weekends following the close of faire: April 25–26 & May 2–3, 2026, from 8 AM to 6 PM. No overnight stays are permitted.
• The opportunity to store your RV at Sherwood in the off-season for an additional fee
• Registration opens on April 1^st
• Vehicles stored must be in operable condition and the owner must submit proof of registration and insurance
• Friends of Faire will be contacted via email with more details and registration instructions during the faire season
• Complimentary camping at the Celtic Yuletide Festival that occurs the same calendar year as your FoF membership.  
• For example, a 2026 FoF member can receive complimentary camping for the 2026 Celtic Yuletide Festival. A 2027 FoF who was not a FoF in 2026 receives camping at 2027 Celtic, but not 2026 Celtic.

Photo Guidelines

• The photo must be a headshot where your face is clear and not obstructed by elements such as sunglasses. It is as simple as that. Yet, it seems we need to make the point clearer, so...
• Please do not submit: a full body shot, a group photo, photos of your cats, children, vehicles, a favorite sunset, or your business logo
• Please submit only what is requested above

Collecting your Friend of Faire or Season Pass Packet

During your purchase on the etix website, you'll have the opportunity to select Priority Mail or Will Call.

Priority Mail 

• Shipments start in mid-January
• You'll see an email with tracking when your order is processed.  If the tracking shows that the package has still not shipped after a few days, we may are probably missing something.  The #1 reason for delayed shipments is a photo that meets guidelines has not been submitted

• Multiple packets purchased in one order with Priority Mail selected will all ship together; to ship to multiple addresses, place multiple orders
• Any packet missing an element (such as a headshot photo) will prevent all other packets in the same order from shipping

If Will Call is selected...

• FoF passes purchased by Feb 6, 2027 will be available on Move-in Weekend (Feb 12–14, 2027). If you miss this date, FoFs can be picked up on faire weekends at the campground Guard Shack.
• If purchased on Feb 7, 2027 or later, FoFs can be picked up on faire weekends at the campground Guard Shack
• Season passes can be picked up on faire weekends at the front gate Will Call booth

About a week before faire opens, we'll send an email asking if anyone wants to move their packet from its default location to the other location
