During Robin Hood’s Spring Faire, we have over 150 shows per day by more than 40 different stage acts. We have full contact jousting, falconry, fire juggling, knife throwing, 10+ live bands, comedy, sword fighting, and a castle siege. Shows for kids, adults, and both!

Our Faire is thrilled to present over 170 artisans and merchants offering distinctive wares, including mostly handcrafted items. You'll have the opportunity to buy directly from leatherworkers, potters, armorers, glassworkers, woodworkers, jewelers, and more.

Lots of our merchants do demonstrations and welcome questions about their crafts. Many booths offer hands-on activities for children and adults.

Oft-asked Queries (FAQs)

  • Are tickets date-specific?

Nay! Our tickets are valid for any day of the faire season, so you can choose when to attend at your convenience. No need to worry about picking a specific date in advance!

  • What about themed weekends?

We don’t have themed weekends—every day is a grand celebration! That means you can wear whatever Renaissance, medieval, fantasy, or other creative attire you like on any day of the festival.

  • What should I wear to faire?

Costumes are encouraged but not required! Whether you come as a noble, a peasant, a pirate, a fairy, or just as yourself, you’ll fit right in. Comfortable footwear is highly recommended, and be sure to check the weather before you go!

  • Is the event family-friendly?

Yes! The faire offers entertainment, food, and activities for all ages. However, some performances may include humor or themes intended for mature audiences, so parental discretion is advised.

  • Can I bring my own weapons as part of my costume?

Peace-tied (secured) costume weapons are typically allowed, but live steel (sharp blades) and functional firearms are prohibited. Please check our full costume and prop policy before arriving.

  • Is outside food or drink allowed?

Outside food and beverages are typically not allowed, as we offer a variety of period-inspired (and modern!) food and drink for purchase. Exceptions are usually made for medical needs and infant care.
